FAQ

  • All books we sell are in English! Even if they have Japanese writing on the cover, it's in English.
  • We accept credit cards payment. We do not accept checks or money orders.
  • Google Checkout does not allow mature content, but if there is another secure payment method you would like to use that is instantly transferred and does not cost us more time and expense than a normal transaction please contact us. We will try our best to work with you. Email maria at everythingyaoi dot com. Change the word at into @. Change the word dot to a period. Delete the spaces.
  • Items are shipped in plain packaging. Plain brown boxes or padded mailers are used for most shipments, Priority Mail envelopes or boxes are used for Priority and Global Priority shipments.
  • Your credit card statement will show a charge from YAOIPRESS.
  • Shipments originate from Las Vegas, Nevada, United States of America. This is in the southwest portion of the United states, geographically close to the Pacific ocean and Mexico.
  • You should receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Most shipments go out in less than two business days. We try our best to get backordered items in within three business days (meaning your order ships on the fourth business day after you placed it). If it takes more than seven business days to get a backordered item in we cancel the item and refund you so we can get the rest of the order out.


Shipping to USA Addresses and Military Addresses with APO or FPO as the State Abbreviation:

Media Mail can only be used for orders that consist entirely of books or DVDs. We can not send other items using this service. Media Mail can take up to 20 days depending how far away you are or what time of year it is (i.e. Christmas season).
One Item - $3.50
Two to Six Items - $4.00 or free if over $60 Seven to Eight Items - $4.50

First Class Mail often arrives in a day or two for states surrounding Nevada. It will be a bit longer for other USA addresses. We offer First Class Mail as a cheaper option for orders that have buttons, charms, or other merchandise that does not qualify for Media Mail. If your order is 13 ounces or less we will ship via First Class Mail unless you tell us otherwise.

Global Priority Mail or Airmail is for all items shipping to any country other than the USA. We try to ship small items or orders as an International Parcel to save our customers money. If your order is under 10.6 ounces we will ship via Air Mail unless you tell us otherwise.
